If You Have Lost Your Statement of Attainment

If you have lost your Statement of Attainment you can order a replacement statements of attainments and you will be charged a fee of $25 or you can consult your USI account and print “Transcript” as this is free.

Replacement of Statement of Attainment

1. A statement of attainment can only be issued when the student’s USI has been verified.
2. Students can order replacement statements of attainments and will be charged a fee of $25 or they can consult their USI account and view “Transcript” as this has no fee.
3. Students can order replacement statements of attainments by emailing [email protected] or writing to PO Box 1187 Nightcliff NT. These will be emailed or posted to students within thirty (30) days.
